Application Methods:
Take an appropriate amount of starchy raw material and grind it into powder. Add hot water above 50°C, 2.5-3 times the amount of the raw material, and soak until the temperature drops to 32°C-35°C. Then, add the Angel Starter of Liquor-making at a ratio of 0.2%-0.6% of the raw material weight and stir evenly. Ferment at a temperature of 28°C-33°C for 5-10 days.
