High-activity fermentation yeast designed for rapid sugar conversion and high alcohol yields. Ideal for demanding distilling applications where speed, strength and fermentation efficiency are critical.
Mix Ingredients: Dissolve sugar in hot water within the fermenter. (see the table below for ratios)
Activate Yeast: Add Turbo Yeast when syrup reaches 30 - 35°C. Stir thoroughly after 5 minutes.
Fast fermentation speed: fermentation can be completed in 24 hours.
Ferment & Monitor: Maintain recommended temperatures and monitor until specific gravity drops below 0.990.
